  : Be Careful before you book this flat. First of all, this is a ground floor, which was not clear at all during the booking process, as they have several different flats in the pictures and no clear description of what you are booking. The flat is fully no smoking however if you open the window smoke will enter the flat through the windows from people who come out from the flat to smoke and you may be fined for this. The bedside lamp was not working, which is a safety issue, as there is no switch for main light by the bed site, so if you get up in the dark in an unfamiliar place, you need to walk in darkness until the entrance of the door to find the light switch; I reported this but no reply. There were no hangers in the cupboard. And most importantly the managers are very interested if you need to change you arrival time as they will penalize you and charge you more. Even you advise them you depend on working hours or travelling times and give a bracket time of arrival they will still try to overcharge you on this concept. As I arrive at a different time they made me wait in the street, cold and dark and not safe for around 45 minutes, at around 9.30 pm, and then tried to overcharge me for this despite my many notifications. Fortunately I have documented everything in the Booking com messaging system. Just be careful, as they do not care about you but about your moneys...
