  : Its a romantic accommodation with a very friendly owner. Very relaxing environment in an outer district of Bolzano, exceptionally clean room and bathroom, convenient beds, nice covered terrace with great view to the wine yard. Safe car parking in the own, closed yard of the property. We were on the transit and spend one night only, but it was a good choice to have some rest and continue travel the next day. Bolzano is a few minutes drive by car, and there is also a bus connection to the town.

  : We spent 3 nights here and it was lovely. The amenities were modern, clean and very comfy. The balcony is such a nice addition! The doggies are adorable!! If youre visiting the Dolomites, its a little far from most of the places but if you have a car its n problem. There are local buses too but we didnt use those. Couldnt have asked for better. Thanks Daniela!

  : The owner is really friendly and attentive. Everything is super clean and made with care. Very quiet. Breakfast is very good. The room includes a fridge.Parking inside the property.Very close to Bolzano.
  : Poor wifi. No gel/champu. No toaster at breakfast, coffee could be better.

  : A cozy, remote place a little outside Bolzano. Pretty hard to reach without a car or taxi, but the window views are totally worth it. Magnificent interiors! Lots of wood, antic furniture in the halls. The room itself is spacious enough and has 2 balconies. Very friendly staff (we only met one young lady, though, and she was really nice to us and even gave us a ride to the bus station after the checkout). The family also owns a very friendly and sweet dog and I think there was a couple of cats, too! The breakfast was great. We could boil fresh eggs (probably from their own Bauerhof), make some tea or coffee, and eat many other things: cheeses, salami, ham, fruits, etc, etc.

  : Room was adjacent to a large common area, which no one used except us so it was nice to have a tee at the end of a day there and enjoy the wonderful view. Cleaning lady was very friendly and responsible. Farm animals, a dog and 3 little kittens were a nice bonus.
  : Walking to the bus stop was 10 min away on a busy street with no pedestrian path. Only on the last day we found out that we could have walked through the grapevine fields after I asked the host...no kettle or coffee maker in a room but maybe I'm just used to it in Canada...

  : Stunning guesthouse house- beautiful mountain views and gorgeous garden out the back with a vineyard. We really enjoyed the wine made on site- would highly recommend! We also loved the Moosbauer restaurant nearby- so good we went back a second time during our 3 night stay! Very clean bedroom and bathroom and spacious balcony. Hosts extremely friendly and welcoming!
  : We loved this place! I guess the room was quite hot when we were there, so some AC or a fan in the room would make it even more outstanding!

  : Great location just outside Bolzano with beautiful views in a tranquil setting. The room was very neat and clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The pictures on the website dont do the place justice as it is much nicer when you see it in person.
  : The pillows were not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.
