: The property was in a great location .. it hard to find. The host was very good with communication and setting up check in procedures. The kitchen was well equipped.

: Apartment faces the back of the building, away from the street. The balcony is great for enjoying meals as you look at nearby hills, it faces other balconies across a small courtyard type area, none of those balconies or the courtyard area was occupied when we were there, so it felt private and except for some children playing in the nearby area it was very quiet. Windows very effective in blocking sound, and light. The underground garage (under the building) is a great benefit since the easiest way to see the Dolomites is by car: we took our car across Sella and Gardina passes as well as to St. Zyprian and Lago di Carezza-the mountain scenery was unbelievable, some of the best we have seen in our travels!!!!! The apartment is a very cool design, very modern. Huge bathtub is great after walking in the mountains. great shower also. The host Ivan was very responsive and easy to contact. Definitely recommended!
: The AC is strong but is located in the living room so to cool off the bedroom, the bedroom door needs to stay open. Even though Bolzano is in the foothills of the Alps, it can get quite warm here sometimes, so we used the AC a few times. The dining area seating is bench seating, not my favorite, and feels a bit cramped but luckily we had sunny weather all 4 days so we enjoyed our meals on the balcony. Mattress a bit soft for me, Ok for my wife.
