  : Suite 1106 Lovers Key ResortWe were disappointed because we were lead to believe there was a hot Tub in the apt but there was not* Both Elevators broke down for an entire day, We were on the 11th floor! I am 60 yrsOld & my friend is 74 yrs old. We had to go up & down 11 flights of stairs. The pain was terrible for the last 3 days of our vacation. We were very upset!We were also lead to believe there was a private Beach. There was one on the property but the Resort did not allow us to use it!The Beach and the Hot Tub were key factors in us choosing Lovers Key Resort so we were very disappointed that we were lead to believe they were included and they were not. Last but not least we did not know this was a privately owned Condo until after we booked the Condo and this is not what we were looking for. We enjoy staying at a resort and Hotel for the services and the luxury of our needs being met (Being abit spoiled) is what we enjoy on vacation . Renting a privately owned Condo does not offer that. We were not aware booking.com did that. And we certainly were not told prior to making our reservations.Big Disappointment!

  : location was great, pool area was really nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : our room is obviously used for rental income because it was stocked with bare bones materials and furnished with old mismatched pieces. The flooring was old and dirty as well.

  : Whirlpool tubs on button was missing, so not usable. Even if it was usable, the hot water did not last enough to fill 1/2 of the tub. Faucet in kitchen had scaling that looked like had never been cleaned. Blinds were also broken. Emailed property owners they offered to send a maintenance person. We had a short stay and just wanted to relax, not deal with maintenance so we let them know for future guests. Room was advertised as a luxury apartment. It was far from luxurious.
