  : The hotel's location is excellent for enjoying walks and runs along the river, and it is also conveniently close to the city center. The rooms are tidy, and the air conditioner functions properly.
  : I booked the Corner One-Bedroom Suite expecting panoramic views of the Rhine river based on the photos uploadedon the website bythe hotel. However, the actual view from the room was of the surrounding building roofs, which was completely different from what was advertised (see and compare the photos). When I raised this concern with the reception desk, I was informed that there are two types of corner rooms - one with a great view and the other with a poor view. It appears that the hotel only displays photos of the corner room with the better Rhine view, but guests could end up with the corner room with the inferior view. This practice seems unfair to customers. Furthermore, the receptionist refused to escalate the issue to the manager and rudely suggested that I cancel the room.
