  : When I booked my vacation they advertised complimentary breakfast, hot tub and heated pool. The pool isn’t heated, the hot tub is dirty and not turned on, the pool is open until 9:00 but there are no lights (there used to be), and they don’t have towels at the pool. They also didn’t have breakfast, but gave us $5 vouchers for a restaurant a mile away with VERY limited parking, and $5 does not get you a coffee and a bagel.When I went to get the vouchers for breakfast the man argued with me (likely one of the owners), saying I didn’t tell them my son was with me and tried to only give me $10. I didn’t back down and pulled up my reservation and was about to show it to him when he said oh I see him in the notes…

  : The property was clean and nice as it’s been newly renovated by the old owners before selling to the new owners. But any semblance of cleanliness was ruined by the terrible customer service from the staff and owner.
  : The customer service staff was not accommodating AT ALL. We asked for two new coffee cartridges in the morning as we had run out. Something any hotel would be happy to do for their customers. The front desk staff REFUSED to accommodate us. Along with refusing us in refreshing new towels.

  : not much....hotel was close to town & they had an ice cream shop next door...
  : I went to the office to ask for a hair dryer & he said there is one in the room...I said no there is not..it is a blank wall with a plug..my sister in law who also had a room, asked for more towels for her husband who is 6'5" & a small towel does not fit his large body, & the manager said you already have some...then he told us they did not have breakfast that WAS supposed to be included in the room rate..they had a $5.00 coupon for a restaurant in town ..but they were closed the next day so we had to eat somewhere else...so why did the booking say breakfast was included in the final price?..where is a refund? I said I have a printout right here showing that it said breakfast was included..he said well if you looked online it said we don't have it now....are we supposed to keep looking at our booking IN CASE they changed something?.If we knew they did not have breakfast at the hotel , we would have canceled the hotel & booked somewhere else....The manager never apologized for any inconvenience, he was very abrupt... he wrote the password on the key card for wi-fi and we could not get it working or my brother either, we went back to verify the password & he argued that he ALREADY told us it was lower case & we said, no you did not.....it was a battle to ask him anything....we were not very happy..we have traveled many times & this by far was the worse manager of a hotel we have every seen.....I always used Booking .com for travel & this time it just did not work out......also the A/C had spots all over the vents, hoping it was not mold as the bed was right beside it..!
