  : The location, although a half hourish walk from the city, was well served by both tram and bus. The food was good and not expensive. The rooms are small but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen area for guests to use.
  : In line with their concept there is no air-conditioning but fans are provided. No foreign language channels on TV.

  : Too many beds in room, nowhere to put stuff except locker. A chair would be nice to sit on while getting dressed/ putting on shoes.

  : very hard to reach by car (had to drive several km around to reach Bordeaux Bastide because the main bridge was closed for cars)no parking space/had to park in front of hotel on unsupervised spacenot very much privacy (rooms have windows on open balcony/corridor which is entrance point for all guests, like in american style roadside motels)small room, very small bed (not a double bed, enough for one person but definitely not for two)noisy heating in the room (outside temperatures were 22 degrees Celsius so no need for cooling/heating, heating could not be switched off, probably due to some kind of passive house design, fortunately there was air cooler in the room which mitigated the situation somewhat)several announcements via mail prior to arriving in the hotel about ecological 'friendliness' of the service which fortunately turned out not to be true about no sheets, towels, air conditioning not working despite high temperatures etc.the worst part is we got broken into our car parked outside of the hotel and stolen some money, the roadside worker told us the next day that there is a guy around who always does that so it must be known to the hotel and the police that it is happening on regular basis but obviously nothing is being done about it
