  : The room itself was large - two double beds for a single booking, and well laid out and comfortable. Monogrammed towels and the like were a good touch. It was inexpensive. The location is excellent, near 3 of the 4 tram routes (I took one out of town to where it's quieter) and in the Grand Theatre square, an easy walk to the river, old town and main sights. There's plenty to eat and drink nearby. The receptionist was helpful and offered to store luggage after booking out.
  : The reception was at another hotel round the corner. The entrance to L'Opera was therefore unmanned and the hall and stairs were dark and dingy. There was loud music audible until around 12ish, and you could hear phone calls from the room next door. Note there was no AC.

  : It was very poor quality. Run down and disgusting. The bedroom smelt awful and the bathroom even worse. There was big black hairs in the bed and the bed was very low quality.

  : The entrance was very hard to find The room was very small and had no ventilation ‘ the window’ opened onto a lift shaft which was filthy. I have contacted booking. Com customer service several times but no reply. We moved out of the hotel to Novotel for the second night.

  : Fantastic central location. Simple room and facilities but as expected for the price. The room was cool despite it being hot outside and having no air conditioning. Spare pillows provided.
  : No cups provided for water. Towels were on the small size

  : Breakfast is horrible· Waiters are running to the terrace and can’t attend the inside· Bottles of juice empty· Tray of croissants empty· Big bread that everybody touchs with them hands and leave the rest grimy smudged· Tables dirty without clearing too much time· Lot of little flies in the bathroom· There is a toilet-seat thrown in the entrance of the bathroom…. incredible!Definitely… terrible breakfast
