  : The arrival process was very bad.We arrived after midnight and were given wrong code for the door.Nobody answered us and it took more than 30 minutes to get a response and the right code.

  : 1) The bathroom door was faulty. I sat locked for 3+ hours until my wife woke up in the morning and opened the door. didn't fixed until check out, no apologizes from the staff and compensation for the issue.2) The availability of a crib for a 2-year-old child was confirmed when booking the apartment, but we were given a cradle for the infant. My request to provide a normal-size crib was answered that cradle size is ok, if the cradle doesn't meet our requirements the baby could sleep on the big bed. My wife ended up sleeping with the baby and me separately on the couch.

  : The apartment is newly furnished and big, with two balconies. Check-in/check-out is super easy if you arrive overnight.

  : Modern and clean apartment, located a main road going to the aiport. You got restaurants, small shops and groceries just in walking distance along the road. You also got a laundry salon in front of the building. Don't be surprised, like I did because they have a house keeping crew that can clean your apartment on a daily basis. They got a huge parking lot at the back.The place is about 30mins away from Turin center by car. There are public transport going up and down the same road. One best thing of the apartment complex is the elevator, pretty handy if your on the top floor. Also you got a balcony facing west. You'll see down the main road and the mountains from afar.

  : I booked the apartment just as a place to stay before a morning flight from Torino airport, so I didn't expect much. But the apartment was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. As a bonus we found that the apartment is 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Venaria Reale palace which was open at night (only on summer weekends)
