  : Elizabeth is an amazing host, making us feel so welcome!The room is very clean and comfortable. The Kristal beach and restaurant is only 10 minute walk from the bedroom. We had 2 friends staying at an apartment nearby and Elizabeth kindly offered for them to enjoy the free sun beds with us as part of our stay :) the staff are all SO lovely at the Kristal restaurant, making us delicious mojitos and food :)
  : The music at the beach is a little bit loud and I would have liked some shampoo and conditioner in the room, but these are only small things :)

  : The host Elisabeth and her staff at the restaurant were incredibly nice and very helpful. She was an amazing host and always available for anything you might need.

  : The location. Its very close to the beach and in the center of ksamil and it has a supermarket in the same building of the hotel. You can reach everything with a 10 min of walk.The breakfast was good and in the restaurant of the owner. It was very nice because the beach is right there.The room was cleaned everyday.
  : You can only pay with cash even if in the hotels booking page says they accept card but they dont - it was really annoying because we had no information about that and we paid a lot of taxes to get the money in cash because in ksamil only exist ATM to get physical money. (8 for every withdraw)The bathroom is a little strange because it has no bathtub, the shower is in the same place that the toilet so the floor was always wet.

  : Great breakfast and sun beds with no cost for guests at the Beach bar
  : Bathroom could be updated and they could put blackout curtains in the bedroom. You have to walk almost 10 minutes to have the breakfast at the Beach bar, but it was worth it!
