  : The location was exactly where I needed
  : It was chaos. I arrived to an empty front desk. Eventually a man emerged and explained that he had been left with no way to make keys and he was waiting for the manager to come from home to give him access to the system! He let me into my room as I had to quickly change. My room had a used and unflushed toilet!!!! I was in too much of a rush to notify the attendant. My boyfriend arrived after me and got keys. The front desk is unattended after which the front desk guy had not told me even though he knew I was leaving without a key (he did know by boyfriend was coming, but still seems like information I should have been told!!!). The beds were uncomfortable. You can hear every noise in the hallway. It's just a bad hotel. And expensive.

  : Location was convenient for one nights stay prior to flying out. Public parking garage across the street.
  : The shower seal leaked and continued to leave puddles on the bathroom floor.. there was no side table by either bed to put a bottle of water, just a little cubby for a phone.

  : Comfortable and clean bedrooms.
  : The staff was inflexible about changing my bed just because of the system. I stayed there for a long time and asked for my bed to be changed and they were completely inflexible because, according to them, they can't change it on the system. Many people arrived after me and it would have been perfectly possible. In fact, there were a few days when there were empty beds in my room. It was the first time that an accommodation did not try to provide a solution.

  : Room was small (twin bed) but clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting walkable restaurants and attractions without pushing. The 24-hr desk was great since my flight out was very early. Great value for the location and price. I would stay there again.
  : No complaints - I had a pleasant stay and felt safe and comfortable.

  : The front desk service was amazing. Super helpful and friendly.
  : For the amount of $, tiny room and poor value. The a/c also made a horribly loud noise every 40 mins. There was no way to get any rest.
