  : Great Hotel, Great Location. Vanessa at the front desk was very accomodating and gentle considering it was a very late 2.30 am check in. Proximity to the Freedom Trail and the main attractions in Boston Downtown area makes it a great place to stay.

  : The staff is outstanding. Very nice and professional. The restaurant was delicious.
  : I stayed there a year ago, and one elevator was broken. I arrived again, and still only 1 elevator is in operation. Such an inconvenience waiting for the elevator. Also, cleaning staff, etc, is also using the only elevator. Only one elevator for a big property is not exceptable.Also, the shower is very small.

  : Room was a little tight, but we didn't stay in there much. Room was laid out well for the size. We traveled with 4 other couples- our room was by far the smallest.
