  : The rooms were poor, mould on the curtains, shower was way too small like a box. Room definitely needs an upgrade nowhere near as nice as the Durley Dean hotel. No would I come back

  : The location and facilities at the hotel were great. The staff were really friendly, in particular the staff around the restaurant, whenever I needed anything for my children they were really attentive and just helpful with heating milk and food for them.
  : On our initial night we could hardly sleep due to the air con, the air con had blocked up so was defrosting every few minutes and making a loud noise from this. This really was frustrating and they fixed this the morning after by switching the whole it con unit off at the power supply. In general the cleanliness wasn’t great. Sheets, pillows and duvet’s had stains and weren’t cleaned properly. Bathroom had some dirt around the floor, however, the worst was the balcony. The balcony had lots of bird droppings, general dirt and the glass doors seemed like they had not been cleaned in ages. With children going to the balcony it was not ideal as we didn’t know what dirt they would pick up and it should be normal that it was clean.The wifi at the hotel is awful as well. It just disconnects continuously due to strength. Parking was an issue as well, they have there own parking which you pay for but there was an event (which they did tell us about before) however people for the event took up all the spots and the residents like myself had to find parking elsewhere even though I had paid for it. Other minor details like there was no toilet roll holder were just minor but it just makes you think they really haven’t thought about comfort of those staying.
