  : Service was non existent. Had to email to get tea coffee refreshed. And asked for clean towels.We got lower value tea bags and bin emptied but no clean towels or bathroom bin emptied.

  : The apartment was fabulous, garden view as promised. Very spacious. I was on a business trip and spent time working in the apartment which worked well (although the dining chairs weren't all that comfy for extended sitting). Lovely quiet location. Especially liked the quiet fans in bathroom and kitchenette.
  : The check in was aweful. I had to find a Web address that wasn't even hyperlinked, in one of the many (too many) emails, in the dark, in the rain. The code in my booking confirmation wasn't the code at all either to get in the building or into the room. Some people let me in, but I sat on the stairs for ages trying to puzzle it out. It wanted me to download an app - why would I for a single stay? I called the number given for help, but it was number unobtainable. It was all way too impersonal and much too complicated for a person tierd after a long day, late in the evening.
