  : Nothing! Disgusting hotel with even more disgusting customer service. To be more precise not existing customer service and treating customers like trash. Moreover we have faced: 1. Pubes hair in pool with white substance floating in pool. Disgusting. 2. Location is not best up to hill in the middle of nowhere. Getting to center only by car. 3. Breakfast small, so small that there is basically no choice. Outdated cheese! Outdated tomatoes! Put there like this would be ok for people to eat. 4. Dirty bathroom. hairs all over the sink, floor. 5. Disgusting customer service as mentioned before.
  : Receptionist was not able to solve our issue. Refused to call manager referring there is none. Gave us email address for sending claim and of course never responded to our email. So now i will post my complain here.We have stayed in Grand Hotel Belvedere, Brasov from 17.05.2024 to 18.05.2024.We have arrived to the hotel at 8.40 p.m. We have noticed an event and crowd taking a place there. While checking-in i have asked the Receptionist, if this event is going to take a whole night - because, if so, we would not like to stay over in this hotel. She has convinced us in following: "Madam, don't worry, you will have a very quiet room".As you can understand our goal by choosing this hotel was to sleep and rest after a long way and get ready for the next day trip. Obviously arriving at 9 p.m. we expected only calm sleep. But we did not know we will be accommodated on the same floor as all those partying guests.Unfortunately, it was very hard to fall asleep because of endless traffic of persons from the event on ground floor to their rooms on our floor. Back and forward all night long. But we tried to ignore this inconvenience. However, we were waked up at 3:12 a.m. by extremely loud talks, yelling, laughing - we felt ourselves like being in the middle of "turkish market". It was impossible to sleep, so i went out from my room and knocked the neighbor room 303 (we stayed in 302), from where this unacceptable noise was coming out. When they opened the door, i saw there at least 10 persons in one room having afterparty! I had to solve this issue myself as reception was useless. Also for all other unpleasant things starting from pool ending by breakfast.But the issue here is not even the fact we had such an unpleasant stay, but the way how hotel treated us next day, when we raised this topic on reception and asked for refund for caused inconveniences, terrible night, etc. Not even responding to email. I have waited for their feedback 2 weeks!

  : Excellent cozy room, splendid view and perfect cleanliness care. The breakfast was diversified and of very good quality.
  : For some people the elevator could seems a little be to slow and not 100% secure (just an impression of mine).
