  : The property management was extremely rude bardged in on us while I was half naked and ordered us to leave for parking on grass when it's illegal to park on the street there. Were the rental agreement says you get a warning then just charged for damages which it was not damaged Then couldn't even contact anyone else about the situation But the home was very nice and great location.

  : The location relative to the beach. The private pool and the simple but lovely decor.
  : The bathrooms were NOT cleaned for our arrival. There are no mats in front of the doors to step on.It lacks simple compliments like : A small basket of tea, sugar sweetener, basic seasonings like salt and pepper,more than a single role of toilet paper, light bulbs since many were burned out, a working remote for the garage. A house like this should also have the best bedding, sheets and pillows and some luxury towels and bath mats.These small things would make this a superb place worth telling everyone about! Also the pool cleaners came un announced and caught us in our nite clothes outside.
