  : My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to cleanliness and noise issues.The housekeeping service was inadequate. Over my nine-day stay, the only task consistently performed was making the bed. The room, shower, and toilet remained as dirty as when I first arrived. The floor was especially problematic; walking on it without shoes would quickly turn your feet or socks black, indicating that it was rarely, if ever, mopped.Despite the hotel’s policy of quiet time starting at 10 pm, this rule was not enforced. Several nights, there were loud parties with music, shouting, smoking, and drinking in the parking lot directly below my room, continuing until around 1 am. The staff made no effort to address these disturbances.
