  : Everything the room was like a box room the bathroom was dated the shower didn't run properly the bed was uncomfortable I woke up with a sore back and wasn't a double room my fella went to make tea and coffee in the room and the kettle was filthy and the cups.

  : I very rarely do low reviews, but I rated this hotel lower as we tried to get an early check in, the guy on the phone said OK, took our details (even though he didn't sound like he knew what he was doing- or was distracted by kids in the background) then he called back the time we were supposed to check in saying the payment didn't work and we couldn't check in. When we eventually checked in at 2pm the guy called us again saying we had to pay for our dogs over the phone quite rudely. So I took them to our friends' house in Leeds as I didn't want to pay 25 per dog to someone who had been so unprofessional. Also, it said it was a double room but it was 2 singles pushed together and I kept banging my head on the walls in the bathroom. Shower took 10 minutes to get warm also.

  : Standard of cleanliness in bathroom was poor. Didnt like the self check-in, would rather have been greeted by a human.

  : Very good breakfast, and easy parking just in the back of the hotel. Convenient self checkin.
  : The tap is a bit weird for us. It has seperate hot water and cold water. So when we wash hands, we have cold water or very hot water but no warm water The door can't block noise. When someone speaks outside or walks pass it sounded like talking in the room. It's not a big issue if you're not a light sleeper.
