  : The area surrounding the building was broken or covered in rubble seals around Bath were black half of the lights didn't work fag burns everywhere smelt of cannabis entering the room

  : There was nothing to like about it, we pulled up and couldnt are eyes, man with a gun and parked up and another man with a gun, no way we could of parked there due to hubby work things in van.. the outside was so dirty the windows wasnt cleaned was white drips all over the inside

  : . There are several things I want to comment on and I also have images to help you understand. I have stayed in many apartments for less than 135 and been ten times more hygienic .Firstly, the lights on the bed were not working and we was not informed of this before we payed for the room.This is very unprofessional.Next, the tv in the bathroom did not have a turn up button and I can not hear fully out of both ears due to personal reasons so I was unable to watch TV comfortably.This was very upsetting for me.The room as a whole had many parts of it that was just not cleaned, not hygienic such as rust on the but we're the forks we're kept I do not want to be eating of things that have had items of rust on them.This could cause serious issues.As we went to the bathroom there was pink stains on the door which looked like it could have been pink lipstick by the looks of it. I couldn't be more disappointed in this it If I tried. There's many more reasons if you want to hear more but I feel I have said enough so I am going to have to take this further if no refund is given I'm not expecting a full one but around 85% of it as we was there for an hour.
