  : because of my experience $300 was not worth itthey gave me a key to an occupied room we walked in on a sleeping guestafter my stay, I called front desk because I was charged twice for incidentals On one card while I had already paid with another card, the gentleman at the front desk would not allow me to explain He kept telling me about policies and then he rushed me off the phone because he was too busy with people in front of him. That was horrible customer service.

  : The bathroom was so small that it was not comfortable. There was no closet with a door just open hangers, not convenient for hanging clothes. The breakfast selection was poor/only white bread and meager selection, disappointing. When a nearby room turned on the water it sounded like it was in your room/very loud. I would not stay there again.

  : After we checked in, gave a credit card as a deposit, and prepaid for six nights, the manager then told us NOT TO DRINK THE WATER IN THE ROOM.! He said that it was not potable, and gave us two water bottles and said that we could fill them up for free in the lobby or buy new ones at $2.50 each. There was NO maid service in the hotel and that we had to bring our used sheets and towels to the front desk and exchange them for fresh ones. Had we not prepaid six nights we would not have stayed. There is a guest laundry room. A tiny box of detergent was $2.50. The room had one washer and one dryer. EACH load of laundry cost $5.00 to wash and $5.00 to dry!! A total of $12.50 for one load. The room itself was quite odd. The bathroom was the size of a closet and had a toilet and tub.There was NO SINK! The sink was in the room, just not in the bathroom.This place is really run on the cheap. It appears that there is a day manager, a day clerk, a night receptionist and that's it! Three employees?I've never experienced anything like this at any lodging.

  : Unfortunately my bed was too hard. I was tossing and turning all night because it was tough on my hips and knees.

  : Seemed to be a family franchise. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.
  : For some reason I had gnats in my room. Not sure what caused this, but it was annoying. Room was spacious and clean, so I’m perplexed as to the gnats.
