  : - great location, - ride courses- VIP visitor card, with which you can have a lot of discounts and free lifts - bar keeper and weiters are amazing guys. reception girls are sweet, wife of the owner is very friendly and trying to help with everything - dinner was delicious, bar keeper is doing amazing aperol
  : - creepy owner. was trying to open my room door with own key, when I went out, was running to the elevator, pretending than nothing happened. staff generally dont know how to know the door, they just open the door with own key, whenever they want, and entering without invitation. you feel yourself insecure and not safe- no cakes on breakfast. first time see hotel, where on breakfast there are no sweets. probably keeping an eye, that visitors dont get fat. Juices are not natural, generally breakfast is poor - very old spa area. Swimming pool is small and cold, saunas are very small, for max 2-3 people. Dampfbad is plastic one, benches are not from stones. - very unpleasant thing was during check-out. I had a cat with me, hotel charged 18 euro night for her. But they put into the bill 31 euro extra for laundry of leg bed blanket. just because I put it out from the bed to the floor and my cat might sleep on it. when I asked the original bill from laundry, they told that they will do it by themselves, just want 31 euro (you can buy 2 new for this money!). so be careful, they might charge extra, if you will use towels or bathrobe and they will need to clean it. - and back to the owner. he is walking like a spy after you. you cant do your things and relax, he needs tons of time come to you and disturb with non needed questions. So there is a feeling, that you are a small kid, who has a special person to watch and control you

  : Not much. The (few) staff that were available were doing the best they could and were friendly despite the situation.
  : Where do I begin. What is advertised is not what you get. The photos must have been taken years ago when someone actually cared about the place. The owner has (apparently) sold the property, has given up on maintenance and is never actually on site (according to the staff).As an example, there were simply not enough staff working to cater for the number of guests. With around 100 guests, they had 2 staff in the kitchen and 3 waiting staff, hence, the evening meal took over two hours. We didnt get our starters, the salad buffet ran out and wasnt refilled, and the main meal was poor, at best - a goulash with two small bits of meat and an unidentifiable hard vegetable.The childrens play area contained dangerous broken equipment, including stagnant water pooling in the tires on the legs of the swing and a horse on a spring that would almost definitely give a child splinters or worse.The garden area is a disgrace, most of the lounge beds are broken and there is a hammock that is torn and filthy.The terrace was generally unclean and the furniture was old, worn out, and very unappealing. The step up onto the terrace was uneven and dangerous, this is an access point between the terrace and the garden/childrens play area.In the apartment, there was a childrens room, with bunkbeds but these had not been made up for use, instead, one single bed had been made up in the lounge area. All beds available should be made up and the guests should have the choice of where to sleep.The pool looked murky and was small, it was nothing like the website photos portrayed. I would not let my child swim in that water.FYI - the lake is a public access facility and not owned by the hotel. The hotel dont even provide pool/swim towels, youre expected to use the bath towels if you go to the lake or bring your own.None of the decoration and facilities could be described as first class and this is so far from a 4 star rating that its laughable.
