  : We reserved a handicapped room for 3 days. Didn't get it until mid day on day 2. Phone didn't work. Elevator was dirty. No soap, etc in room.

  : I would NOT have reserved this facility had it been said in the description of the property that it was under renovation.  There was construction material all over the parking lot and pretty dangerous as we have 3 small children with us. After driving 8 hours with 3 kids in the car promising them we would swim in the pool when we got there we found out that the pool was non existent it was filled with dirt. even though your site clearly showed puctures of a pool. The property looked nothing like most of the pictures shown on the booking site. The room was dirty the microwave had smeary gross dirty fingerprints all over it. the bathtub was dirty. the little toiletry bottles were half full and had been used already by someone else apparently.  the furniture was dirty. there was a gap between the door frame and the door a half an inch wide and the light from the hallway shown through all night long. using the door key was difficult because of this gap.  The breakfast was OK but I shudder to think of how dirty the kitchen probably was. You all need to not offer this place until they bring it up to code. it was a true disappointment and a Booking.com  fail.  the lady that checked us in named Rhonda was very nice and the only good thing about the place.  the only reason we didn't complain and leave is that we were exhausted from traveling and just needed rest from driving with 3 tired children.

  : Due to Construction, hard to find parking. Hallway was not clean with construction materials Breakfast area didn't had enough chairs for the tables.

  : Remodeling going on. No water available on check in. No chair to sit in. Second afternoon, tepid water to shower in. They would have been better off just temporarily closing until remodel completed.
