  : Location,location and location in the pine forest - close to the marina centre, swimming area below is very nice - but it's not only for the hotel's guests Breakfast are OK - if you are not so demanding guest and the sea view from the balcony and from the dinning terrace is really nice.
  : Price according to the standard is to high because hotel needs general renovation remembering yugoslavian 80's .Standard of bathroom is unacceptable: dirty broken cabin door and black fungus (mould) everywhere. Despite of our suggestion in the reception that our health is put in danger - they said that it was reported many times to the owner but he don't care over many years according to the opinions of other guests - clearly nothing changed.

  : Beautifully, very quiet, charming 1980ies pension (BBBBB-bed, bathroom, balcony, breakfast, beach :-)) with a few chipped edges. 20-30 above the water in a beautiful pine forest. 48 rooms and a central breakfast facility. Less than 1 min away from the water (steep stairs) - North-facing beach! Nice continental breakfast usually with one cooked item (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs). Extremely friendly, helpful, multilingual staff. The hotel is frequented by all age groups and at least as many Croatians than foreign tourists.
  : Not the faulted of the property, but flat places at the beach are really limited. Outside the fenced off area of the hotel, getting in and out of the water is challenging. Beach shoes are an absolute must. Facility could be a bit bleak on rainy days. We had none.
