  : The management company called us with two very rude phone calls demanding more money from us even though booking said we paid in full. They were INCREDIBLY rude and mean in both calls and waited to inform us that more money was needed until we were checked in to the apartment. On top of that it took over an hour to check in to the apartment because no one could find our reservation. We called the management company several times for help checking in and they never picked up. Seems like the only time they’re good with their phones is when they’re demanding extra money from you.

  : The unit didn’t appear to be cleaned. There was a hair ball in one bathroom and body hairs in the shower and bathtub in the other bathroom. The glass on the coffee table was broken and had a sharp edge exposed. There were no coffee filters sponge dish towel dish soap or dishwasher soap. Paid $100 cleaning fee for a unit that wasn’t clean. I need a refund for the cleaning fee.
