Disappointing

  : Cleanliness, no light bulbs in lamps in the living room, carpet was badly stained, bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. I could go on bit no need.

  : the staff was great, helped us solve some problems with the parking.

Wonderful

  : We loved the location of our place in relation to the mountain and town. It was perfect for a family of four (two small kids and two adults). The place was overall great, the vacasa app gave us all the directions for getting into the place and checking out. The location of our unit next to the hot tub was very nice too so we didn't have to walk far at all to enjoy that!
  : We did not have a parking pass waiting in our place upon arrival. We had to wait several hours for it to be delivered which made us nervous about getting towed. We also walked in and there was a large (about basketball size diameter) stain on the carpet next to the kitchen. Also, it was not advertised, so we were not expecting all the cleaning products, but there wasn't even any dishwater detergent, and only a tiny travel size bottle of soap to clean dishes in the sink. We bought some laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent and left for the next guests.
