  : The location was great. The beach was near the hotel. The cleaning lady on our floor was very very nice.
  : Value for money was bad. The hotel charged us for snacks that were put on the table on our arrival (not inside the mini bar!!), as well as parking, which is very unusual for a five star hotel. They also charge extra for any activity in the spa. We were charging the food at the bar and the drinks on our room, and when we were checking out there was a receipt among our receipts which was not ours... Good thing we checked it and asked for the amount to be redacted form ours. The parking was always crowded and we had to wait for a long time if we wanted to go somewhere with our car, for the staff to move other cars blocking our way. One day the staff asked if they could take our car to a nearby parking lot and leave it there for the night. We agreed. The day we left, we noticed that our car was damaged in the front and the hotel isn't replaying to our e-mails regarding the damage. We called, they said the will check the security footage, and said they didn't see anything. The car parking situation is very chaotic. Also, they charge hotel guests for sunbeds and parasols on the beach. The rooms were small, which is not a big deal, but it doesn't pass for a five star hotel room. The bed was uncomfortable and it was actually two single beds put together so it had a hole right down the middle. The hotel said they have gluten free options in the restaurant, but they only have prepackaged bread that you can buy at any store. The food was average, and they charge extra for drinks at dinner. We had dirty towels put in our bathroom, but the lovely cleaning lady exchanged them when we asked for new ones. We paid for a room with sea views but got a room looking at a roof and the other part of the hotel, obstructing the sea views. We will not be coming back.
