  : Parking: was charged per motorcycle not per bay. The manager said “we have insurance to pay so we will charge you £6 PER BIKE even if you put all 8 bikes in 2 car parking bays.”Restaurant: unfriendly staff, said “we are closed” When we told them that reception said they close at 10pm, they then asked us “so you mean you can eat in 1 hour and be out of here by 10pm? Then ok, come in we are open!”Very particular about certain dining etiquette, but couldn’t be bothered about wiping the dirty tables and left over egg shells from previous customers, despite us asking twice.Came up as Spa Hotel on booking.com even although I ticked swimming pool essential filter, but no swimming pool. Can’t figure that one out.

  : The hotel itself was nice. Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful and gave us recommendations for where to eat.
  : The location isn't great. It's in the middle of nowhere with no immediate amenities. It's good 20-25 minute walk to what felt like the 'centre' of Brescia. I wouldn't walk the route from the hotel to the train station at night as parts of it don't have a proper pavement and you're left walking on the side of the road. Parts of the route felt a bit sketchy.

  : A little remote from the City and surrounding area is in need of regeneration (not the fault of the hotel)
