Brian Head Lodge #3307

Good

: Location was great. Place was clean. It was quiet.
: Many of the outlets didn't work. The TV didn't work. The property staff couldn't help and directed me to the owners. I wasted an hour of my evening trying to get ahold of somebody. I did receive a discount for my troubles and eventually received good customer service. In reading the guest registry in the room, it seems like the TV has been an issue for other guests, dating back over a year. Lastly, the cleaning fee is extremely high. I am sure that it is a standard rate, charged by the property manager, then passed on to the guest. But when the room is $65/night, it is hard to justify paying a cleaning fee of over $100.

Very Good
Traveller Type: young couple
: Comfy bed, well appointed kitchen, clean, great location
: No air conditioning and got pretty warm all day and even all night. The cleaning fee was more expensive than the cost of the one night stay that we were there.

Poor

  : The location was convenient.
: No a/c. Outdated style. Dust on some furniture. Cleaning fee advertised on small print. The room and the building didn’t smell good.

: Comfortable bed and nice sitting area.
  : Couldn't get internet.

Wonderful

: I liked that there was security and the host was very kind. Even though I arrived late, the process was very simple to get my keys and check in. The free parking was an added bonus.
: The location was really comfortable and secluded. I didn't mind the seclusion, and I didn't mind driving to Bryce or Zion which are 1.5 hours away each. The lack of grocery stores (closing early) was something that was inconvenient.
