  : Welcoming staff and descent breakfast. Easy location to walk into the village or drive up to the ski resorts
  : Bed was uncomfortable and room smelled liked something had burned in it. And room didn't have a fridge

  : room was spacious enough. single beds were comfortable enough. some of the staff were really nice. We had a meal here one evening and it was really lovely French cuisine. Excellent chef.
  : They are having trouble with door locks. They left our room unlocked ALL DAY . They didn't seem to fully appreciate what a disaster this could have been. Just because we were lucky not to have anything stolen was ok . A simple sorry really doesn't cut it. If we had our possessions stolen it would have been up to us to buy replacements in a place wholly devoid of almost all the items we had. The hotel staff would have carried on their lives as normal. They would not have to go through all the insurance hassle stress etc as we all know it can be. Nor would they have paid the inevitable excess there always is. We were let off the cost of the breakfast the next morning with no mention of what had transpired. The manager either didn't really care or had no imagination at all. "sorry" !!!!!!! Fairly confident that hotel rooms have locks that work. If you think this is a bit melodramatic I dare you to go out of you hotel room all day and not lock it.

  : Very well located, close to the central park.Staff very nice and helpful.Very clean rooms.We arrived quite late (2AM), but staff prepared the keys for us.
  : Parking a bit small and difficult to mavouevre in.No proper ski room and no boots rack, but just classical dusty French ski lockers (in the garage). Also, it was a bit of surprise when we were asked for a deposit of 10EUR/locker.. WI-FI acces extremely convoluted, almost painful, I hope they change the system. No international TV channels (not even the usual BBC, CNN, or Euronews), only French channels.Last but not least, a swolllen river passing just in front of the Windows. For some people (like me) this provided a nice white noise to put you to sleep; other people congratulated themselves for packing ear plugs. A heads-up from the hotel would have been nice.For breakfast, we preferred to go the bakery nearby on the main street (<5min walk), and have a croissant + coffee for 3.5EUR, instead of 12-15EUR for breakfast at the hotel.

  : The breakfast was rather limited on some days and the staff could have been more attentive. We had to ask for things to be replenished. It was sometimes difficult to get someone to come to reception when we had questions.
