  : Arrived at apartment was told key was in far right lock try always to get in sercrity from jury Inn hotel next also tried for us 2am in the morning had to find another hotel which we managed at 3.30 am absolutely knacked after a 6 hour journey it spoilt the next day when we finally got into apartment no instructions for cooker.one small fan apartment was so hot we had to go out and buy another fan.

  : The communication from the host could have been much better..The Lock key position communicated was wrong and we had to wait for the host to message us as we couldn't reach them on phone..No communication to reach the Parking place though we asked the question several times even before our check in date.

  : Location was very good, apartment was very clean
  : Well, my apartment got burgled, I received no real help or advice from the property owner, nor have I had a response from yourself regarding this situation either.. the police were very helpful but nothing they could do, I've reached out with no success, so what was supposed to be a nice romantic weekend away was ruined on the first night and cost myself nearly 500 more than it should have, yet noone is willing to help me or even replyApartment didn't really look like the pictures either and was key utensils unavailable

  : Great location to be based in, to explore the whole of Brighton. The apartment had been cleaned to a high standard and the bed linen/towels were clean and good quality. The apartment is quiet, as it is on the top floor (fourth floor) of the block.
  : There were a few missing items in the kitchen, but hopefully these will be replaced for the next visitor, and the essentials were generally available. The instructions for the safe key could have been clearer but again we hope these have improved, as we gave feedback on this whilst we were there.

  : the shower head having likescale. lifts not working was really bad. struggling up 4 flights of stair with suitcases was a nightmare.

  : I was 5 mins away from the apartment to get a phone call saying there was a leak. Got downgraded to a worse apartment which was half hour walk away from all our reservations. The apartment had stains on the walls and carpets. Cigarette burns in the furniture. Hairs left on the table in the lounge from whoever had stayed before. No plug for the bath, smelt off. Poor service from the owner. When told how unhappy I was he didnt care the slightest. Made us miss my girlfriends birthday dinner reservations that evening. Was really unacceptable. Traveled over 2 hours to get there and the landlord offered a refund to leave there and then instead of trying to help our needs. Wouldnt go again because of all this!

  : The location was very good. Right by the sea and The Lanes
  : First flat had a leak in bedroom coming from ceiling. We were moved which we appreciated. The second flat one window in bedroom had no blind or curtain. So when sun came up it was impossible to sleep. Also tv wasn't working properly. Also no drinking glasses

  : the cleanliness was terriblethe location was excellent for the centre of town and beach. But the noise at night from the pubs went on to 3pm and kept you awake. the car park was also very expensive.
