  : untidy wires below tv looked like it hadnt been cleanedDirty fridge Knobs broken on radiators so couldnt turn down or ofAlso you have these auto lights which kept coming on and of at will a lot annoying tobe fairI can use a light switch Im old enough nowAlso in the shower room with said faulty hot radiator whilst using the toilet or showerThe auto light would come on & of like a mini discoNot helpful at allon at least 3 emails I was informed check was 23.00 I thought a bit oddBut thought well thats what is says so okOn last day around 10.30 am I believe A slightly rude man was at the door speaking to my partner telling us we should of left by now I then came to the door and explained that on all emails received it clearly said check out at 23.00I even showed him said emails he then said we could leave at 1pm insteadHe then wanted to bring a single bed into the property for the next people Im guessing which I allowed him todo ofcourseWe had a train booked to go back home in the evening We now had to spend more money for an earlier train Because of incorrect Info from the property ownerHe said he didnt know it wasnt him ect ectThe time spent was lovely going out ectBut being told we shouldnt be here now on the last day just actually ruined the the 3 days there for me

  : The location was great for city centre access, seafront access and parking. It was modern, clean and tidy. Keyless access was great! Nicely decorated, had good clean oven and cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, big TV and WIFI. the presentation was really good and flat was very comfortable.
  : The rules mentioned quiet time from 10pm, despite there being a big night club a few doors down that is open all night on Fridays and Saturdays which is incredibly loud. We really did have trouble sleeping. This should be advertised on weekends as the noise levels were not acceptable. - loo seat was loose - main shower head did not work - bathroom door lock knob kept falling off - PIR in the bathroom was too short so the light kept turning off too quickly - pillows in the bedroom need upgrading - could do with a hairdryer - heating was not controllable - living room door handle was loose

  : The location was perfect. Modern flat, but the appearance of the building is deceitful. Very dirty entrance, tiny stair to reach the flat. The appartement is nice with fitted kitchen ,but not very clean. The windows are dirty, the toilet as well and in the room ,it smells like pigeon poos. You can't open the window , the smell outside is worst. . In the kitchen, the glasses and cups had lips marks ,as if it was just rinsed with water.I was even disappointed, when I asked for spair towels and didn't get them.we had to manage 5 days with 2 towels. So yeah not very Happy, for the price we paid.
  : I regret for not booking a five stars Hotel.

  : Communication when we asked for help was non-existent. Washing machine didn't work on any cycle, no spin, some clothes were soaked and couldn't dry. Shower control wouldn't turn off. The sensor lights flickered badly and kept turning off. No stair rails up 2 flights of stairs.

  : We had problems from beginning to end and have been ignored since even though we were promised money off due to the issues. When we arrived the windows wouldnt open in the front room and the shower didnt work. We contacted the apartment and were told that someone would come out to fix this, no one came. We then had someone randomly walk into our apartment who we were then told was the cleaner even though she had no cleaning products and ran out of the property without saying who she was. On the last night we noticed that the fire alarm had been covered by plastic in the front room meaning that it was a real fire hazard due to the windows not opening either!!! I have contacted the apartment FOUR TIMES and been ignored. When I contacted them about the woman walking into our apartment I was told that they were organising money off but since then I have been ignored and quite frankly its not good enough. I have explained that if needed I will go down the legal route due to this being a major fire hazard. I would avoid this place at all costs!
