  : There was no body wash and they used reusable bottles… not hygienic at all. There was no bin in the room.. they changed the locks in the morning and no warning before we arrived. Apparently reception was closed at 7 but they watched us struggle with the new lock for a good ten minutes. £15 for another extra 2 hours… instead of telling us at checkout that we can leave our luggages unsupervised they just sent us some places where they would charge us more.. they never asked if we need fresh sheet or extra towels … not even a plastic cup for us to use to wash our teeth. Shower was going hot and cold… terrace door was hard to open and close during the day bc the doors were keep stuck because of the heat they need to check that out.. the metal was keep expanding.. talked to the staff about check out late and the person wouldn’t mention was the GM until I said £15 for extra 2h is a p*ss take like she wanted to make sure with who am I talking too. Instead of using a more professional language she just basically resend back my message . Balcony was so small tho.. And also nobody informed us that is gonna be construction going on right next to our room.. would have been nice as I planned to catch some tan on the balcony… very pooor service from the “hotel”

  : Bright and spacious room in an excellent location, close to the beach and central areas. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, and friendly staff made our weekend stay in Brighton enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.
  : Upon arrival in the room, there was a strong odor of cigarettes, suggesting that someone had used the balcony to smoke before our arrival. The room also didn't have any bins for garbage disposal, which was inconvenient.
