: The location is good, close to the train station. There is an elevator in the building; the rooms are on the third floor. Mr. Srgio gave important tips on tours to take and wines to taste.
: The box in the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is a voucher that allows for just 2 items (coffee or orange juice + croissant).

: The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast offered is typical of Italian breakfast and good and is at a small cafe right across the street. Taxi ride suggested for the airport was a bit expensive for the distance covered
: I understand that the reservation is non refundable but I had to cancel one night because we couldnt make it that first night because of the public transit strike that was going on that date. I was hoping that the management would reimburse me for that one night since it wasnt my fault if I had to cancel. It was circumstances out of my control. But I was not reimbursed fir that first night
