  : I only stayed one night arriving late and leaving after breakfast, and didnt have time to use the facilities, so cant comment on those.The room I had was large, clean and very comfortable.The breakfast was a continental buffet and very good.Location was great for skiing.
  : Check in was only possible up to 10pm and due to transport delays I only just arrived on time. I feel as a paying customer the rather frosty atmosphere at check in was disappointing.

  : Breakfast and dinner were great. Very good facilities, comfortable spacious enough rooms. Good location, a few minutes ride to the main lifts and there is a ski-bus station nearby.
  : In general the staff was friendly and helpful, besides the manager - the lady, that was unfriendly to us since the beginning and during our staying without any particular reason. Demonstratively showing it by any available opportunity. Very unprofessional behavior. For the last day we asked to keep the luggage at the hotel after checkout to continue skiing and we was told by the reception that it is possible. A legitimate and basic request for any star hotel. When the moment came the lady manager said that its not possible and told us to keep the luggage in the car if we like, which was quite a challenge for us to put everything inside along with the ski gear. Putting the managers attitude aside it is not what can be expected from the 4 star hotel. The general experience was good, pity a bit ruined by the manager attitude, leaving a bad taste of a nice place, where lots of people put daily efforts to keep it like that. We visit the area almost every year and could easily and gladly return to such place again if not some of these ugly moments.
