  : The included breakfast consisted of cold cereal or Microwave breakfast sandwiches. There were no drinking glasses or coffee cups in the room. The floor mad the bottom of my white socks black from the dirty floor. My wife killed roaches with her shoe.

  : Breakfast was bad for the amount paid for staying there.
  : Made reservation in advance, was put in a room directly off the lobby, despite it being a large facility and very few cars in the parking lot. Heard all the lobby noise. Door had a 2 inch gap, letting in light and noise. Could hear people in the next room talking loudly all evening. Also, it sounded like there was a herd of cattle above us all evening. Facility was not even slightly soundproof. Waited until 10:00 pm to call front desk to complain about noise. Front desk attendant said, well if they are just talking. She had no clue what to do with a complaint, would not contact her manager. All people at front desk were aloof and disinterested in service as soon as we arrived through checking out. Both women who were desk attendants upon arrival and overnight had their child with them behind the desk. One was a baby in a car seat. I would recommend the staff be trained or retrained on how to conduct proper customer service, and that management rethink their employee policies. The breakfast was low quality, like something you get at a gas station. The room was greatly overpriced for the quality. We will not stay at their facility again.
