  : The shower drain was not in a perfect condition.

  : Arrived at the property, no one there, called all numbers, finally got through to the owner, no apologies for no one being there, just gave me the door code and said that I was in room 5. When I got in and went to the room I turned the light on and nothing happened, no light bulb so I found a bedside light in the dark and the first thing I noticed was a dirty sock on the floor by the bed, there was no heating on, I tried to turn it on but nothing happened, the toilet seat was hanging off, there was no soap to have a shower, I stared there the night as it was too late to book anything else, when I got up in the morning, ready to complain there was no one around so couldnt have any breakfast , that was about 8.45, Ive phoned and spoke to the owner re a refund but she just hung up on me, worse experience of accommodation that Ive ever known and to top it all i got bitten by I think bed bugs, disgrace.

  : This B&B was our first B&B experience and it was as British as it could be, with milk bottles next to the door, electric kettle and black tea in our room, lovely people there to meet our needs. We had an upper floor room, which was comfy and spacious, with all appliances mentioned in the Booking, which was really nice. I loved the breakfast experience as it is being cooked to each person individually, sorry that we hadn't chance to have breakfast on second morning because of an early flight back home. Location was nice too, we used only public transportation, many options available, just as well as some restaurants around. A nice touch of suburbia with a short train ride to all popular sightseeing places. If ever traveling to London again, I would stay here again! Dear Melrose house staff, thanks for hosting us, hopefully all of you have energy and good health to welcome many more guests!
  : The place could use some fixing here and there. Probably a little different organization of breakfast area.

  : Nice location, we stayed in garden apartments which was nice. The lady I messaged about late check in was great and helpful and gave clear instructions for self check in. Calvin the breakfast chef was really nice and accommodating to my vegetarian needs, the breakfasts were lovely. Nice shower!
  : The beds were very firm, I woke up hurting after the first night, second night I found some spare pillows and laid on them which helped
