  : My 1 year old and I stayed one night at the apartment which is located in the bronx, The location was exactly what I expected, the room was ideal for just the 2 of us. The bathroom is private and located in the room. The other guest were quiet, the host lived downstairs she was nice maybe his wife or girlfriend, the location is near the 5 train and close to the bronx zoo. The are restaurants surrounding the area a bunch of stores and beauty supply. Its in the hood but thats exactly the feel I was looking for REAL AND URBAN no violence though just what Im used to. I will book again!!
  : The room could have been just a little bit more clean, it was not dirty it was just minor things like out dated curtains and the air conditioner worked but it was sort of dusty. No worries though for the price and the convenience of the location o was pleased. The host Richard is a busy man so it took a bunch of texting and calling to reach him however once youre settled in everything is fine.!

  : The place is not a HOTEL as the name indicates, it's far from being a hotel, with no hotel services, nothing that shows it is a hotel, and the location of this so-called hotel is terrible. I was highly disappointed, this is money that was not well spent.

  : There was two appliences in working order: the microwave and refrigerator
  : Filthy, sticky, better not to touch anything, broken reading lamp, a window you cannot open or close. No closet for clothes, not a single coat rack. Communication prior to the stay extremely difficult. Stay away!

  : The home needs a makeover inside and out. The room need to be cleaned properly. Tbe property price was to high for the location and room.

  : I didnt like the fact that once the owner took my money he wouldnt tell me the correct address of where it was. And the address I went to that is on your website was wrong and we ended up having to sleep at the train station. And then he told me my people would perish because I wouldnt give him all my information that I already gave booking.com. So booking.yeah I want my money back!!!
