Disappointing

  : Front desk worker was very helpful and pleasant in resolving issues with the TV and phone that weren't working.
  : It is very run down!! Needs some significant deep cleaning and repairs!! There was mold in the shower. The sink was clogged. Initially the TV and phone didn't work. I did get a remote that worked but it didn't have a back in it. The lazy river had buildup in thy bottom of it. It's GROSS!

  : Dirty room, toilet hadn’t been cleaned. I was told by front desk it’s not their job to make sure it’s clean and their housekeeping sucks. So gross and dated. Filthy

  : The entry and especially Northeast staircase smelled Horrid.The room was just not very clean.The fridge cabinet would not close, however the fridge did cool very good.

  : Dirty carpets on stairs & hallways, VERY limited breakfast selection (no water, no yogurt, no eggs, no butter or jelly, old bananas), staff busy watching videos on cell phone at front desk...

  : The night person (after 9) on Friday and Saturday was wonderful and kind even if she was super busy, the smile stayed on her face.
  : They should have another staff member in during chief graduation when every roon in the entire town was full. The wait to check in was over 20 minutes because the one person on was helping someone in their room. Also the room was never cleaned and u stopped to ask house keeping to change out towels, at least. It was not done.
