  : Close to everything well heated room
  : Room very small and mine was very noisy right behind reception next to store room and on road

  : Character of building was lovely, nice and quiet, breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and attentive.
  : The stairs in the annex building had no railings at the top where the family room is. Felt quite nervous coming down with a 4 year old. Parking is quite difficult to locate as not actually at the hotel.

  : I Checked in at 11 hours, and while doing so a couple of ladies came down from the room elevators.It was evident they did not belong to the hotel guests, moreover one of them was partially undressed, with her breast out of the blouse. Also, they were in a state not suitable for a hotel.All the people at that moment being at the hotel lobby, were very surprised, and worried. They did not disturb the guests but, being partially undressed and with that mood was not correct.To our surprise, neither the concergie or the check in staff; addressed to the ladies to make them dress properly, behave at the lobby and of course ask them if they were guests and to stop that behavior.This staff attitude, makes me thing this is a common issue on the hotel?It is not my first time at Quark, and know it is a business and family big hotel, and that these kind of guests should be not allowed in the hotel.

  : It was very clean and tidy room. It looked like it had been redecorated recently, so it was pleasant and nice modern interior. I loved it.
  : Maybe because it was rainy days when I visited or theres a canal nearby or both reasons, there was some unpleasant odour in the bathroom. I must say the bathroom is extremely clean and very new, had good hot shower with plenty of water and I had no problem using it. Its super clean! It just that smell was so strange I couldnt figure out where it is from. The smell doesnt come into the bedroom at all, which made me wonder even more. The smell didnt gave me a bad image of the hotel, but I thought I should mention if anyone minds about such things.
