  : Huge apartment with full kitchen. Beds were super comfortable - even the pull out couch. Loved the balcony facing the street. Staff was super responsive and extremely helpful about any questions. Excellent location.
  : You have to walk through the bedroom in order to go to the bathroom, which wasnt great with people sleeping in the living room and waking the people in the bedroom up. Apartment was extremely clean - but the shower drain is totally clogged. Water went all over the floor. Furniture on the balcony would be nice. We also used the washer & dryer. It took 5 hours and our clothes were still wet, so maybe only use it for washing. It was very noisy at night but thats what you get for being so close to things.

  : Best Location in Brussels! Lots of restaurants and close to everything. Newly renovated with modern bathroom.
  : With more than 2 guests you have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom and toilet. The apartment had little balconies and it would have been nice if they had little chairs (maybe not allowed?)

  : Centrally located, renovated well enough, a bit basic. Clean. The staff called us on the day of the arrival and asked if they should prepare the sleep sofa, which was a nice touch. But...
  : The check-in was very tedious, the host required me to submit a selfie, and personal data, through their own website, and not Booking.com; I never had to do this before and found the entire process very humiliating frankly. My request for on-site check-in was repeadedly denied and ultimately not met, even though I asked Booking.com support twice for their help, as the listing clearly mentions on-site check-in being available. I also needed to pay a deposit, which is still blocked several days after the visit, which again I never needed to do before in years of using Booking.com. The bedroom also has blinds that are very much insufficient, which meant we woke up at 06:30 am with no chance of sleeping longer, as the room was way too bright; we later noticed there are other windows in the bedroom that don't even have blinds, which was a disappointment, especially considering the price. And last, but not least, the staircase is very dark and you almost fall over the first stairs until the automatic light turns on, which is very scary. The fact that the locks are remotely controlled and there is no key available is practical, but gives me minor feeling of not being able to really control the door and feel safe while sleeping there. For those who know the center of Brussels might know what I'm talking about.

  : We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment and how convenient it was. Everything was incredibly close. The metro is very close and all the fun restaurants were within a 10 minute walk. The kitchen was excellent. As a family with kids 5 and 8 we were able to easily walk most places and walk to the Metro in 3 minutes. I realized everything was closer than I thought, rather than farther. Easy groceries nearby. We loved the Lego Discovery Center, Choco-Story Museum, and Dinos alive. The Natural history museum was an easy bus ride and seeing the EU parliament was cool as well.
  : I was a little surprised that we were on the top floor and it had very small, slightly old stairs. My husband had to haul our 2 20 kilo bags up the stairs. If someone was older, it could have been a problem. The apartment did show some wear and tear and could have been dusted better on floors and sideboards. However, the beds, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. I would book again in a heartbeat. We had a great stay as a family. Since they didn't have anywhere to store our bags when we checked out other than the head office 20 minutes taxi away or a bag "babysitting" service that we didn't hear about until right before our checkout, we had to beg at the Marriott nearby. The one thing I really didn't like was that the windows in the living room were very dangerous for small children. They just opened up to 4 stories straight down and one just above the couch. I think a children's lock on the windows would be a smart addition.
