  : Quiet building and area. Close to a Supermarket and Gym and not far from metro. Owner was very quick to respond to request and maintain the apartment even better than the service at top hotels in Bucharest. Very big apartment, though more could be done with maxing the space in the apartment (notably the balcony and living room/kitchen.
  : Too quiet a neighborhood for any nightlife. Apartment was not clean upon arrival. Though within day or so, Owner took care to clean the apartment. Still the cleaner was lazy in cleaning and seemed to throw out some personal items. Owner took responsibility for this and also seemed not too pleased with the cleaner. Also strange that the owner decided to install an oven after we arrived. Also we found several black bugs while there. But this seemed like a natural part of the area.

  : Nicely positioned apartment in Bucharest's top neighberhood (pipera), you have all that you need just around the corner, and the metro station is 5 minutes away. Promenada mall is 15 minutes walk (or 1 metro station away).
  : It's a pitty that the apartment wasn't that clean, since we stayed 1 week we did invest 1 evening to do the cleaning. The laundery was clean and fresh, yet not the surfaces nor the floor.
