  : It was a nice place. The bathroom was ok. Sleeping room where my friends rested seemd to be fine. Drawing room was consolidated with the kitchen. The balcony was not big, but appropriate to the size of the flat. It was not hard to get there, but you must get to know the basics of Budapest transportation system. To get to the centre we travelled by metro line 2 (Lehel tér stop) and tram line 14 (to the stop Béke tér).
  : There were a few minor drawbacks like a lack of an electric kettle (there was a percolator which could heat the water enough to make a tea) or chopping board, that in my opinion should be changed. There were three of us, but only 2 chairs in the apartment, probably because the apartment would normally be used by 2 persons. It is not a big deal, but during the breakfast it was a little unpleasant situation.

  : This place was far from the center, but placed in nice cozy district.The metro station was about 5 minutes way from, also 24/7 market was nearby.The interior of rooms was modern, but little bit broken (the light swithes didn`t work etc).
  : The bed might be better.

  : This property is in the middle of nowhere. If you arrive after 8pm for some reason you must pay an extra 25 euros; at that time there are no local shops, bars or restaurants open. The lady who met with me did not speak any English and had to call a man who spoke some english who advised me that it is a 40 minute walk to any shops/bars/restaurants and tried to explain the bus route but was impossible to understand. There is nothing whatsoever in the fridge in arrival, not even a bottle of water. Payment must be made in cash, (what century us this?!) which meant getting an awful exchange rate at the airport plus the host did not have change and still owes me 500 ft.

  : The property was clean and everything worked, there was a washing machine and air conditioning. I thought the WiFi didn’t work at first but it turned out the password on the wall was wrong, it had to be the one on the modem. After that it worked fine. The location wasn’t super central but it was 4 min walk to a lidl, a pizza place, a tobacco shop & a 25 min walk to Szechenyi Baths. It took no more than 30 mins to get to either sziget festival or any attractions in the center as it was pretty accessible to a bunch of public transport. Also there was a separate shower and toilet room which was just a nice perk. For a studio it was well laid out and quite roomy, the terrace was great too since I could hang out laundry or sit outside.
  : There could have been a guest book or something to tell about the area, or clearer instructions on how everything worked. The lady that met me to let me in was very nice but she didn’t speak any English and I was waiting outside for a while - if it had been dark I would have been pretty nervous at that. I also couldn’t ask her any questions about the area like where to go for groceries or what to do if something happens because of the language barrier - but there was a WhatsApp phone number I could have contacted in an emergency so that was ok in a safety sense.

  : Very dirty. Bedding smelt as though it had not been cleaned from the previous people stopping there. Very uncomfortable the curtain pole and wardrobe were broken. Plug sockets coming away from the wall. Floor in the living area not cleaned therefore ants and other insects there.

  : Only the size of the property.
  : First of all the host doesn't smile and lied about coming back to hand the receipt of payment. She also promised to send someone to fix the chair which are broken but she didn't. Most of the things in the apartment are outdated. The bedsheets and towels are disgusting with stained. Not a lot of kitchen utensil are available. I wouldn't recommend it as the pictures on adverts looks pretty but the actual status of the apartment is really poor.

  : we liked the location (we stayed for to be close to family) but it's a 20 min busride to get to the center - not far, but this is not a touristy location. We liked that the AC worked (the place is on the 6th floor on a flat roofed building!) The place was relatively spacious for a 1 br.
  : Arranging the payment was difficult and the hosts changed the payment method in the last minute to cash which was very inconvenient for us. The apartment is not well kept at all. Upon arrival had to start with cleaning the 5 year old rotten hair out of the bathtub. Not cool! Half of the light fixtures didn't work. The washing machine detergent dispenser was moldy. The range was sticky, the microwave was dirty. The accessories also were kept to a minimum, my parents got us some acceptable towels, a nightstand lamp(!). It really shows when nobody cares about a place. The curtains were falling off in the living room and tied with strings. When we complained about lamps not working, additional cleaning required, nobody ever responded to us. But they were right there at day 1 to collect the payment. Overall: not a very satisfactory visit. We didn't expect luxury but we expected cleanliness and that things are in working order.
