  : Smoking smell. Location in decayed and dark neighborhood. Check out 10:00 AM. Decoration. Side bed not comfortable. Cooling system not good enough

  : The room was very damp and smelly. The sheets and beds were also damp. One minute after we left the room for a walk and made an emergency return, we found the hotel staff trying to open the room door without notifying us. There is a serious security issue.

  : I received a fraudulent message from them for credit card information and i was scammed 800.they said their account was hacked.I called my bank and canceled the card because of that I couldnt rent a car and my trip with the family was ruined.When contacted they didnt help and declined responsibility.

  : The location is great and the apartment was clean
  : It says the apartments are air conditioned and they are not. It was 34c outside and inside the apartment it was hot and humid. Its written on the wall that there is a cooling system i side the wall, we put it on the lowest degree and it was hot. At the least they could put fans when its that hot

  : -Very spacious one-bedroom apartment and very nicely decorated, kitchen is surprisingly equipped to cook comparing to some other aparthotels we stayed in Europe, coffee machine with capsules provided, Bed and sofa bed are very comfortable, Big flat screen TV, washing machine with laundry soap provided!-Spotlessly clean!!!!-Location is okay, on a quiet street, center is walkable, Aldi supermarket is about 500meters away.-Check-in instructions are very.clear and easy to get inside.
  : -Apartment on the ground floor is a bit stuffy and humid. Doesn't get much sunlight during the day.-Reception works till 6pm so if you arrive late then need to do self-online registration first in order to get the check-in instructions.-Check-out at 10am is a bit early-The sign of Novi City Hotel is NOT quiet visible at night, and could be easily missed.

  : Fantastic location. Spacious rooms. Easy access. Very clean. Very helpful staff.
  : Sounds petty, but it was the only negative - the pillows were very poor quality. Very lumpy and uncomfortable. Better quality pillows would have been appreciated. Another lounge chair too would have been appreciated as the lounge furniture was sparse.
