  : Apartment is pretty large, good air condition.
  : Mold in a bathroom, a broken toilet seat, bad smell, sometimes you need to wait for hot water, an expensive parking spot (you can't park anywhere near so it's the only option). To drink normal coffe for a breakfast you need to go to the restourant next to the apartments

  : We liked most the location as it is close to the beaches, old town, supermarkets, etc.
  : First, the apartment doesn't look as new as in the photos. Furniture is already worn out: sofa is stained, table covered with burns from the cigarettes. When we moved in all floor were sticky.Second, CLEANING DOES NOT EXIST! Can you imagine staying at the hotel and no one comes to clean your apartment? After spending here a week all bedclothes and towels were dirty, floor was covered with sand from the beach and no one came to do at least a basic cleaning. We decided to go and ask at the reception because we thought it is some mistake as we have never experienced that in any hotel around the world. They promised to send cleaners tomorrow, but they didn't show up. Like this we insisted 3 days in a row to get the cleaning and the answer was the same: sorry, we have a lot of check outs today and all our cleaners are busy. Finally on the 4th day of asking we got the cleaning. Meanwhile, they gave us some bedclothes so at least we could change them by ourselves. So, in 2 weeks of our stay here we had 1 cleaning. Even some guy in shorts (receptionist?) told that their policy about the cleaning is every 3 days. It seams that the hotel cares only about check outs because the rooms should be ready for other people, but if you are already staying here don't expect that.Third, some times there are power outages going on in Montenegro which is nothing new for the locals. But as a tourist you should be informed at the time of the arrival that in case of it happening you can get stuck inside of the elevator and stay here until the power would come back. At the time we stayed here electricity was off for 3 hours. After that I was using only stairs with my 2 years old daughter as I didn't want even to imagine about getting stuck here.Fourth, in every floor there are automatic air fresheners with a very strong smell (why?), so if you have asthma/allergies it can be a huge problem, as it was for me.
