  : Breakfast food was delicious, location was perfect. Appreciated the suite room to accommodate our party of 5. The room was ready a little early, so we were able to check in when we were ready rather than waiting until 4.
  : Firstly, there were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived, but we were clear in our reservation that there were 5 of us. I tried calling the front desk and hotel operator multiple times, but got a busy signal or it just kept ringing. I went down to request more towels and was told they’d get them as soon as possible. Was able to at least bathe the children before they went in the pool. At the pool there were no towels left. My husband went down to request more, and was told they’d bring some as soon as possible. We were in the pool for 45 minutes and no towels came. We had to walk sopping wet back to our room, where our other requested towels never arrived, so we had to use our wet bath towels to dry off. We then went out to explore and got back at around 10:30 to find that there were no sheets for the pull out couch my daughter was going to sleep on and still no towels. I went back down to the lobby, where the front desk person went to get towels and bedding. He then handed me a huge pile of linens that I had to carry back to my room. We spent nearly $400 on this one night stay, and did not feel it was remotely worth the cost. The carpet in our room had sticky spots, the hallway floors were clearly unvacuumed and had turned over coffee cups sitting outside rooms for the entirety of our stay, the bathroom pipe in our room was dripping and creating a moldy mess on the shelf where our towels were kept. Also, the toilet paper was wet when we arrived and the valet system was a complete, confusing mess.

  : The room was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was great. The chef who cooked the omelette was nice. His omelette was the best. The location of the hotel is also great.
  : The room was not properly cleaned. We found a diaper under the sofa. We could also see some tiny cookie pieces here and there. The closet was messy.

  : Clean. Very nice rooms. Attached Italian restaurant was pricey but good. Did not see pool or other areas of hotel.
  : The staff told us to use the free trolley which we walked several blocks to, only to find out it was tore up and closed for 5 days. Expected a hotel of this nature to know this. We questioned about the local baseball and its schedule. They had no knowledge about the team (even though they were selling their hats) or had a schedule to produce. This town has a AAA baseball team, a NFL team and a NHL team no schedules or team info. No info about the local tours. We were given bad intel on getting to Canalside that we ended up having to walk many many blocks. Later we found out someone else was offered a hotel shuttle to the same area we went. The other problem we had was that we were told at check in that breakfast was over at 11 ( that is check out time) when we showed up at 10:05 breakfast was done. It was done at 10:00. They were done making their made to order omlets which is why we choose to stay at Embassy over another hotel sometimes. So, we were badly informed by staff on some very important things necessary to tickets we had pre-purchased and had very little help on tickets we wanted help to purchase. First time I went to a big city that the hotel did not have helpful tools for the traveler. I felt like we were bothering the staff. Very disappointed.
