  : Great hotel, reception staff were lovely, rooms clean and spacious with good air con and toiletries. All Inc staff at the pool werent so friendly! Restaurant food was lovely too. Good location for walk to The Square and seafront.
  : The staff at the pool didnt seem keen on the all Inc guests.

  : The Location was OK.
  : The Rooms were small, hair on the bed sheets, terrible shower and small toilet, breakfast had variety but no quality and we found many insects in the bedroom when we sprayed the room as our daughter got bitten by what was probably mosquitoes on the first night. We left the next morning after a terribly dealt with conversation with the manager.

  : Location - near beach and not far from center of the town. Friendly staff at the reception.
  : Breakfast - very basic, low quality of fruits, not recommended overall. Not vegan friendly! Not even almond milk or soy drink. Staff at the restaurant was unfriendly and unhelpful. Quality of room cleaning is not great. Generally room quality is mediocre.The hotel looks much better on the pictures than in reality. Not 4 stars definitely. Surprised that it received high average rating until now. Wont stay there again.

  : Room:1. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean bedsheets. 2. Cute balcony. Hotel facilities: 1. Big terrance with a lot of sunbeds near the outdoor pool.2. Big restaurant (breakfast) - although crowded, it is big enough to accomodate everyone.3. Various options for breakfast.4. The indoor pool and jacuzzi seemed nice - although I discovered this area accidentaly just before the check out (no one told us where it is).Staff:1. Friendly staff - especially the people working at the restaurant.
  : Room:1. We booked a double room with balcony, but it didnt match expectations - the pictures on the website are different, showing modern rooms. Our room was spacious, but it had an old vibe in terms of design and furniture. It also had a kitchen, but we havent used it - it was well equipped, but not very well maintained (the appliances seemed old and used). 2. The TV in our room was smart, but we couldnt connect it to Internet (to watch Netflix for example) - the receptionist said it is not possible to do so.3. No sockets near the bed. Also, there were only 3 EU sockets in the room, but the good part was that we could borrow an US-EU adapter from reception (against a deposit). 4. Bathroom: old furniture and shower. It wasnt possible to shower without flooding the room. There was mold in the bathroom, plus the ceiling requires some repairs.Hotel facilities:1. The outdoor pool could have been cleaner. There was dirt at the bottom. We didnt try other facilities as we were not aware of them (indoor pool, gym).2. Breakfast: various options, but average taste. Staff:1. The receptionist could have told us more about the hotel facilities when we checked-in. Other than that, everyone was nice, friendly and willing to help.

  : Hotel provides what it says on the tin. If you like large hotels with little personality and charm, then this might be the one for you. Staff at front desk were nice.
  : Not very romantic and we were 'upgraded' to a family room with twin beds as they were out of double rooms. Compared to hotels of this type, this hotel feels more like a 3* with their own pools. Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic and loud due to many guests and loud music. This was improved the second morning. Coffee was undrinkable.

  : Price was a little steep for the size of the room.
