  : Not the hotels fault, but the pool was very crowded. They need to put a good ashtray in the smoking area. I smoke but always put my butt's in trash. Other people are not so nice sometimes. Butt's were all over the ground

  : Layout of the room was nice, good location.
  : GENERAL: Breakfast area was great the first day but then they took the trash can away so you were forced to crush your plates to fit in the tiny hole by the waffle maker or bust into the employee area to throw away your plates. The hot tub filled with suds so bad the first employee poured some chemicals in it and the suds went down. He said if it happened again to tell the front desk. We did that and the guy at the front desk first told my daughter that it’s supposed to and he’s not going to do anything until she gets out. I went down to the desk after and he said he wasn’t “authorized” and when I asked when someone who was authorized would be down he said it would be an hour. We waited 2 hours, no one came. (I have video of the suds getting out of hand). ROOM: The TV didn’t work when we got in and the guy at the front desk left us the master remote and said we had to wait until it loaded and “press A,B,C, etc.” and left. He was the only friendly person but the only over night worker who really couldn’t resolve problems. The bedroom door didn’t close in the room and the bathroom doors didn’t lock. Also, the conditioner is NOT Dove like the bottle says. It’s watered down body soap and I complained. They promptly brought the same thing in a different bottle. (Same employee who refused to help us with the pool). The second day, room service came by and I told her to come in. She didn’t speak English and I had to get my phone to translate I needed room service. No biggie, so I thought. THEN I had to also translate WHAT needed to be done!!! She didn’t wipe anything down or refill cups or coffee area or pick up dirty towels. She only made the beds and dropped off towels, then acted like she couldn’t read the translation app.

  : Staff was very helpful except the manager punishing me by not letting me switch the dates of my stay since I used a 3rd party to book my room. Besides that incident staff was amazing and the young lady that was working the evening shift is hands down one of the best and hardest working employees I have ever seen at a hotel. I can’t remember her name but I believe she was pregnant.
  : There was food dried up on the desk in the room and the floor was not swept very well or mopped. Hot breakfast was absolutely terrible. The floor around the hot tub and pool was EXTREMELY slippery on the tile. Several children and adults, including myself slipped and almost fell. I would suggest some type of grip tape or textured flooring instead of tile that is angled toward the drains causing a major slip hazard. I am a safety consultant for a major drilling company and a hazard like this would not even be allowed on a drilling rig.
