  : All the restStaff was rude or incompetent on reservation so I was double charged and still being told card declined but has deducted twice already for a one night stay. Followed by staff to room leaving room and getting on elevator and nothing spoken just looks given.

  : the breakfast lady yelling at me for putting chocolate chips in the waffle iron was a bit embarrassing as an adult, and she said I guess people dont read signs anymore, I put up a sign saying no chocolate chips. my issue with the whole thing was how she scolded me, like I was a child AND I told her I had stayed at another Hampton recently and the guy that managed the breakfast was the one who showed me how to add the chips right into the waffle iron. anyway, I think there would have been a better approach then scolding me like a child so others could hear. Also, when we checked in, a lady working was mopping the floor and hadnt put up a sign that I could see. I was pushing a cart with my luggage and took a step to come around the cart after getting into the lobby and I slipped and fell hard. I bruised my hip and it was quite a hard fall, the lady was super nice, rushed over and apologized, helped me up, and tried to keep holding on and guiding me as I took some steps as I started walking and I told her I was fine. she felt bad, I could tell and wanted to be helpful. not sure a sign would have even helped, that floor was slick when wet! yikes.

  : Comforters weren't soft, bathroom locks would be nice and the food we bought from there is ridiculously price.
