  : We went on our 25th wedding anniversary. Always love going to the mountains. We try stay at different places every year. We loved the motels old world charm with modern electronics. And the town Burnsville was great. We got this town written down as places to return to in the near future...

  : the location was good
  : The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also, it has a cancellation policy but unfortunately since we booked last minute we were not able to cancel our second night and we were told to pay in full. I do not think that this is fair considering the fact that they could resell that exact room. We were up the whole entire night and could not sleep but didnt want to leave in the middle of the night. we were very friendly with them and felt that it was not fair at all. They said that we had to go through Booking.com to get our refund, but booking.com told us that the property had the authority to give us back the $90 for that evening that we were not staying. I have told the artist that I came to visit about it, and she told me she will be taking this hotels name off of their recommendation list for guests coming to visit.

  : The view was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
  : The only thing I would add is an extra trash can in the main room and extra lighting in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect. And even the the extra trash can and light isn't necessary, it would just be a nice bonus.
