  : + Central location in the heart of BURSA. + 10 m Walking distance to a big HAN / malls and lots of shops. + Service and staff was really good (The reception team helped me to check the operating hours for some destination places during the EID vacation). + Free Parking place and staff helped me with the Valet. + Breakfast was good and very nearby lots of restaurants. + Triple room size was okand beds are comfy. + Reception area and lobby are good and equipped with a massage machine. Excellent value of money
  : - The parking is only for small cars, Big cars/ Van has to be arranged in the street. - Building need some maintenance works.

  : Good location- The rooms are spacious -There is a car pick-up and drop-off service -free barking-Breakfast is varied-The air conditioning is excellent and there is a control switch in the room
  : Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given rooms that smelled of cigarettes and were designated for smokers. Note that we may need restricted rooms to replace them with non-smoking rooms - The bathtub is very high, especially for the elderly - The hand shower and the intact walls in the bathtub are not clean - Some of the breakfast holders are not washed. Good - Not good There is a permanent presence of a worker (frying eggs) in her place, so whoever is lucky will find her in her place to eat fried eggs - The furniture and wallpaper on the walls in the rooms of the old rooms and bathrooms need - The workers in the breakfast hall and kits bathroom to learn to smile. Workers need etiquette courses, as they must not enter the door before the guests, hold the door for them to enter, and not close it after entering as if there is no one behind it. l
